BLW Recipes 6-9 Months

Once there is a huge handful of greens in there I will happily have one every single morning. When it comes to making smoothies I always go by the rule that it has to contain mostly vegetables and is sweetened with only a little fruit. This way it is healthy and not packed full of sugar. The best part about this recipe is that it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare but you wouldn’t think it because it is so fabulous looking . What kid wouldn’t want chocolate for breakfast?

This reality doesn’t exclude the packaged cereals, snacks and juices we give our tiny children that load them with the stuff.
